Know what you pay. Know what you earned.
Patients see the fee and any service charge before they book. Clinics and hospitals record every payment, from OPD to lab, pharmacy and wards, in one ledger.

No surprises for patients
The doctor's fee is on their profile, and any service charge appears as its own line before you confirm. After you pay, the receipt carries your medical record number.
- Consultation fee shown on every profile
- Service charge listed separately
- Receipts with your MRN
- Your payment history in your account

One ledger for the whole hospital
The front desk records each payment once, by method, and it lands in the same ledger as lab tests, pharmacy sales and ward bills. Daily totals and reconciliation take minutes, not hours.
- Cash, card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer
- OPD, lab, pharmacy and ward billing together
- Collected-by and time on every entry
- Doctor shares worked out from agreed terms

Can I pay online when I book?
Not yet. Today you pay at the clinic by cash, card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Online payment at booking is on the way.
Is there a charge for using DocGini?
If a service charge applies, it is shown as its own line before you confirm, never added later.
Can a hospital see payments by department?
