DocGini began in the Swat valley, where a visit to the doctor too often meant a long journey, then hours on a waiting-room bench with no idea when your turn would come.
We set out to fix that one queue at a time: confirmed slots instead of guesswork, a live token instead of a crowded corridor, and records that follow the patient instead of getting lost in a drawer. Today DocGini serves patients and providers across Pakistan.
