How DocGini works
Choose who you are to see your journey, step by step.

From search to prescription, without the waiting room
Book a verified doctor, follow the queue from home, and keep every prescription and report in one place.
-
1
Step 1
Create your account
One short form: your name, CNIC, mobile and email. Your dashboard then asks for the rest, such as date of birth and location, whenever you are ready.
-
2
Step 2
Find the right doctor
Search by specialty, city and gender. Every doctor is checked against the PMDC register, and fees and ratings are shown up front.
-
3
Step 3
Book a time
Pick a day and slot at the clinic that suits you, for yourself or a family member. Any service charge is shown before you confirm.
-
4
Step 4
Follow the queue live
Your booking comes with a token. Watch who is being seen now and leave home when your turn is close. If the doctor is running late, you are told.
-
5
Step 5
See the doctor, keep the record
Your prescription, tests and lab results are saved to your record with your MRN. Download it as a PDF any time, and rate your visit.

Live in minutes, then run your whole practice from one screen
Sign up once, get verified with PMDC as you join, and take bookings at your own clinic and the hospitals you work with.
-
1
Step 1
Sign up and get verified
Enter your PMDC number and tap Verify: we check it with the PMDC register while you wait, and add your registered qualifications.
-
2
Step 2
Finish your setup checklist
Your dashboard lists what is left: specialty, fee, and the clinic and hours where you see patients. Each card takes you to the field and back.
-
3
Step 3
Go live and take bookings
As soon as the required steps are done your profile is public. No waiting for approval: patients can find and book you straight away.
-
4
Step 4
Run your OPD
Call the next token, pause, mark a no-show, or tell everyone waiting that you are running late, all from the live queue.
-
5
Step 5
Prescribe and order tests
Record vitals, write a clear digital prescription and order tests from the hospital lab menu. Results come back to you when the lab releases them.
-
6
Step 6
Grow with hospitals
Hospitals send you offers with department, fee, share and sittings. Accept, reject or propose your own terms; each becomes another location on your schedule.

Every department of your hospital, on one system
Register in one step, set up at your own pace, and run OPD, lab, pharmacy and wards with each person seeing only what their role needs.
-
1
Step 1
Register your hospital
Your hospital's name and location, and your own details as the person managing the account. Our team checks the facility before patients see it.
-
2
Step 2
Set up departments and licences
Add departments, and switch on inpatients, lab and pharmacy only if you run them. Record licences and we remind you 60 days before one expires.
-
3
Step 3
Bring your doctors on board
Find a doctor by PMDC number or invite one who is not on DocGini yet, with department, fee, share and weekly sittings. They join once they agree.
-
4
Step 4
Staff, roles and rosters
Give each member of staff a login and a role (front desk, lab, pharmacy, billing). Plan 8-hour or 12-hour duty rosters week by week.
-
5
Step 5
Run the day
The front desk books walk-ins into the doctors' live queues. Lab results are entered and released to the patient's record; the pharmacy sells by batch and expiry.
-
6
Step 6
One ledger for everything
OPD fees, lab tests, pharmacy sales and ward bills land in one ledger, by payment method, so the day closes with one report.

Take home visits from families who need you
Physiotherapists and nurses sign up once, get their registration checked, and receive bookings for the hours they choose.
-
1
Step 1
Sign up as a physiotherapist or nurse
Your details, CNIC and AHPC registration number, and the provider declaration: to work within your licence and respect every patient's home.
-
2
Step 2
We check your registration
Our team verifies your registration before you are listed, so families can trust who comes to their door. You set up your profile meanwhile.
-
3
Step 3
Set your fee, services and hours
Choose the care you offer, from physiotherapy to wound care and lab sample collection, your visit fee, and the days and hours you take visits.
-
4
Step 4
Families book you
Patients nearby see your profile, fee and ratings and book a time, telling you what the visit is for.
-
5
Step 5
Visit, get rated, get paid
Arrive with your ID, provide the care, and mark the visit done. Families rate you, and your earnings and history build up in your dashboard.

Be there when someone nearby needs your blood group
Join the volunteer directory with your blood group and city. You decide when you are available, and you can pause any time.
-
1
Step 1
Sign up with your blood group
Your name, CNIC, mobile and blood group. You get a patient account too, for your own care.
-
2
Step 2
Say where you are based
Add your city and area from your dashboard, so people searching close by can find you.
-
3
Step 3
Appear in the directory
When someone searches for your blood group in your city, you appear, as long as you are marked available.
-
4
Step 4
Help when you can
A family in need gets in touch directly. You meet at the hospital blood bank, where you are checked before donating.
-
5
Step 5
Rest, then be available again
Update your last donation date and switch availability off while you rest; donors usually give again after about three months.
